This is an accurate, to-scale drawing to depict the garden in detail. This will include materials and levels.

Vics to provide estimate for layout drawing
Charles to submit estimate to client
Estimate signed off by client
Vics to produce layout drawing
Charles to create quotes using layout drawing and send to client:
- Landscaping
- Planting plan
Quotes to be approved by client
Landscaping team to build
Planting plan estimate sent to customer and signed off
Planting to be booked in with Maintenance team
Irrigation and lighting to be installed
Charles to send Maintenance quote
Charles to send Irrigation service quote
