  1. New enquiry comes in

  2. Charles makes contact and arranges site visit

  3. Charles visits site and sends a quote

  4. Quote gets accepted

  5. Charles converts quote to job on Tradify, uploads notes and photos and tags Becky

  6. Becky puts job onto Google Chats

  7. Becky emails customer with a welcome email and link to Welcome Page on website

  8. Fi allocates job to gardener and gardener gets in touch directly.

  9. Gardener becomes point of contact with client

What if my customer would like plants?

All plant orders must be placed through us. Pricing is confidential and should not be disclosed to the customer.

  1. Do they require a planting plan or is it just a a few one-off plants?

  2. If only a few plants, agree with customer what plants are required

  3. Send plant list on Google Chats, tagging Becky

  4. Becky to do quote and send to client

  5. Client accepts quote and Becky to order plants

  6. Becky to update Google Chats with nursery details

  7. Gardener to liaise directly with nursery to arrange delivery date

  8. Becky to invoice customer

What if a planting plan is required?

  1. A note is put on Google Chats and Vics to be tagged.

What to do if landscapers are needed in the garden?

  1. Take pictures and send, along with instructions on Google Chats

  2. Charles to put together quote to customer

  3. Customer accepts quote and Google Chats updated

  4. Landscapers booked in (NB. may be a delay as will be fitted in around jobs)
