We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hard Landscaping Foreman to lead projects and oversee site teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site

  • Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects

  • Reading and working from plans and drawings

  • Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics

  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Carrying out and overseeing, paving and porcelain installation, brickwork and blockwork, decking and fencing, retaining walls and steps, groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations

  • Maintaining health & safety standards on-site

  • Liaising professionally with clients, designers, and management

About you

  • Experienced hard landscaper with strong leadership skills

  • Strong knowledge of paving, porcelain, brickwork, decking, drainage, and groundworks

  • Reliable, professional, and well organised

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines

  • Able to support and lead a workforce

Requirements

  • Previous landscaping, gardening, or construction experience

  • Experience in luxury landscaping gardening not required but preferred

  • Managerial and leadership skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Must be able to speak good English

  • Travel time with 15-mile radius of the yard
