Access & cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as our maintenance schedules are carefully planned in advance, we ask that any cancellations are made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to the full service charge. The same applies if our team is unable to access the property on arrival.
Preparing for your visit
If you share your garden with four-legged family members, we kindly ask that lawns and working areas are cleared of pet waste before our team arrives.
This small gesture helps us maintain a safe and pleasant working environment, allowing our gardeners to focus on what they do best: keeping your garden looking beautiful.
Access to facilities
We would be very grateful if our team could have access to toilet facilities while working at your property. This small courtesy helps ensure they can remain comfortable throughout the day & continue providing our high standard of service.
