  • 2nd site visit with customer to discuss Concept

  • Amends from customer on Concept

  • New concept produced & emailed

  • Invoice sent by Charles

What is a Layout Design?

  • Vics to provide estimate for Layout

  • Charles to submit estimate to client

  • Estimate signed off by client

  • Vics to produce Layout Design

  • Charles to create quotes using Layout Design and send to client:

    • Landscaping

    • Planting plan

  • Landscaping build

  • Planting estimate sent to customer

  • Planting

  • Irrigation/lighting etc.

  • Charles to send Maintenance quote

  • Charles to send Irrigation service quote
